Frequently asked questions

What is your Shipping Policy ?

 All of our belts ship within 5-7 business days. If you need your belt sooner or by a certain date, text or call us and we will try to accommodate. Once your belt ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the delivery of your order.  We ship all belts via Priority Mail or First Class. (Free Shipping) Contact us if you need expedited shipping options on your belt.  

What Is Your Warranty On The Belts ?

 We 100 % guarantee the quality of our leather belts. If your belt somehow breaks due to a defect in workmanship, you can send it back to us and we will repair or replace it. Normal wear and tear is unfortunately not covered under warranty. We are committed to producing quality, handcrafted products that showcase our standards of excellence and deep respect for our customers. Should you receive a product that is defective in materials or workmanship, you can count on us to make it right. Our guarantee is limited to the cost of the product itself. Also, we cannot be responsible for an item which has been altered, damaged, improperly used, mishandled or accident. If we made a mistake in your product or if the product is defective in materials or workmanship, of course we’ll replace it. Otherwise, personalized products are not returnable.
 

What Size Belt Should I Order ?

 When selecting your belt  size choose a pair of pants that fit well, add 2 inches to the waist size listed on the tag of your pants for your belt size. If you are ordering for concealed carry I would recommend adding 4 inches to the  pants size. Your belt size will not be the overall length of your belt.  We measure our belts from the center hole to where the leather is folded  over to go thru the buckle. Heavy material pants you will need more  length on your belt verses light weight dress pants.   

What Is your Return Policy ?

 All non-custom designed belts can be returned within 14 days for any reason as long as they have not been worn. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive it we will refund you for the cost of the belt. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund. Custom designed belts are not eligible for return, but can be modified within 14 days of receiving your belt. Please contact us for your options and cost. 

Can I Have Extra Holes Punched ?

 Yes, Leave A note In Comment Section When you Checkout. There Is No Extra Charge. 

What Are The Options To Have My Belt Resized ?

 All of our belts are eligible for free resizing within 14 days of receiving your belt.
